Elaine Harrison visited St. Barbara School on February 1st
"Quack, Quack, Quack, Quack, Quack! Doesn't everyone know: the only way to lead ducklings is in a straight row?" Not according to Millie MacQuacken and her nine free-spirited ducklings, who are enjoying life to the fullest.
Elaine Harrison spent the day at St. Barbara School reading the students her beloved children's book, Ducks in a Row. In addition, Elaine spent the day teaching the children in second grade how books are printed and bound.
Elaine is a free-lance writer and a marketing and media relations consultant in Chicago. While she has written extensively for grownups, she thinks writing for children is much more fun!
Elaine loves the great outdoors and is an avid hiker and advocate for environmental education. This is her first children's book.
Visit Luck Duck Publishing for more information about her book.
